We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. If you have any questions about this policy, or you want to exercise any of the rights set out below, contact us at [email protected].
Your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and anything you tell us about your property plans. We use this to reply to you, to run the session you signed up for, and to follow up about the products you asked about. Our basis for this is that we need it to take steps towards a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who approach us.
Your name, contact details, billing details and a record of what you bought. Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider and never reach us. We use this to deliver what you paid for, to keep proper accounting records, and to meet our tax obligations. Our basis is performance of our contract with you, and compliance with our legal obligations.
Your name and email address, and a record of which of our emails you opened or clicked. We use this to send you material about title splitting, our webinars and our products. Our basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email we send.
An audio or video recording and a written transcript, including anything you say during the session. We use these so we can refer back to what was discussed, prepare for your next session, and improve how we teach. We tell you before the session that it will be recorded. Our basis is our legitimate interest in keeping an accurate record of the coaching we have delivered. If you would rather not be recorded, tell us and we will not record.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We use the following service providers, who process information on our behalf under contract:
Some of these providers are based outside the United Kingdom. Where information is transferred abroad, it is protected by the safeguards required under UK data protection law.
We will also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to have it moved to another provider. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within the time the law allows.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
We will update this page if the way we handle personal information changes, and the version and date at the top will show when it was last revised.
