If you have already found a deal, then this is the place to start. James will personally walk you through the process of Title Splitting. Starting with a professional analysis and appraisal of your deal. We will look at how to avoid pitfalls and save valuable time in the process. We will look at the valuation process and introduce you to the right professionals needed for success. Plus, so much more. This product ends at the point that we have your exits identified and/or completed. Likely 6 to 9 months from start to finish.
