Deals and Analysis, the Title Split Boardroom or mentorship: which is right for you?
Three ways to learn title splitting with us, one method behind all of them. The difference is how much of the doing you want us in the room for. Here is what each one adds, who it suits, a plain comparison, and the questions to ask any educator before you pay, including us.
The short answer
We sell one method three ways. Deals and Analysis teaches it, live, in four two-hour group sessions, for £995 including VAT. The Title Split Boardroom teaches the whole method over six months of weekly live sessions, then works your own deals in the room every week, then keeps going with six months of the community, for £4,995 including VAT, starting January 2027. The 12-month mentorship adds James one-to-one on your own acquisition, with a direct line when the valuer comes in low, for £12,000 including VAT.
So the question is not which one is best. It is how much of the doing you want us in the room for. If you have not yet decided whether title splitting is your strategy, start with the four sessions. If you want to buy a block in 2027 and want a room behind you while you do it, the Boardroom. If a deal is already on the table and you want James beside you through it, mentorship. Every pound you spend on the first comes off the second, and the first is included in the third.
What each route adds
Deals and Analysis: the method, in four evenings
Four live sessions of about two hours, in a small group, taught by James personally. Session one is the whole process and the two finance routes, bridge against mortgage. Session two is the two-company structure, how the leasehold flats are created, and how valuers reach a figure whole and split. Session three is finding the blocks: search criteria, aggregate value, going direct to vendor with a free month of Searchland for new users. Session four is due diligence from a distance and stacking the deal with every cost line in. You leave with the slides and worksheets, the deal stacking spreadsheet, a month of catch-up recordings and a one-month trial of #TheTitleSplitCommunity, with its weekly deal clinics and the private group. £995 including VAT, booked through the payment link on the page.
It adds the thing most people are missing on day one: a clear picture of the whole chain, from an investor who is buying blocks now, and a spreadsheet that tells you whether a block stacks before you spend a penny on it. No previous experience needed.
The Title Split Boardroom: learn it, do it, keep doing it
Twenty-six weekly live sessions over six months, then six months of the community. Weeks one to twelve take you from why blocks through the money, the structure, where blocks come from, aggregate value, due diligence and deal stacking twice over, to finance and the offer, so by week twelve you have a stacked shortlist and a first offer ready. Weeks thirteen to eighteen cover running the deal, solicitors and leases, lease plans and Land Registry standards, the RICS valuation, getting ready for ownership, registration and expediting, exit and refinance, with twenty minutes of every session on whichever member's deal is furthest along. Weeks nineteen to twenty-six are the Boardroom itself: every member keeps a one-page deal board, each week opens with one of James's own deals in full detail, then the room works the boards, closest to money first. The broker, tax adviser, solicitor or valuer joins when a deal needs them.
It adds time, depth and a room. Everything Deals and Analysis teaches is in here, plus the execution modules, the creative deal structures, the detailed case studies from our own blocks, and six months of weekly live deals to learn from after the teaching ends. £4,995 including VAT paid in full, or £5,470 including VAT as £1,995 then five monthly payments of £695. Starts January 2027, places by application, and whatever you paid for Deals and Analysis comes off the bill.
The 12-month mentorship: James beside you on your own deal
The all-in-one package. Deals and Analysis is included. So is Offer to Exit, the ten live one-to-one modules that walk you through one acquisition from the offer to the exit onto mortgages, with acquisition assistance between them. On top of that, twelve months of one-to-one mentoring on title splits, creative deal structures and creative finance for your own deals, twelve months of WhatsApp access to James for the week the lender's solicitor raises a query, twelve months of the community, lifetime updates to the Dealstacker, a month of Searchland for new introductions, and a free place for a business partner if you need one. Fair use applies to the one-to-one time and the direct line.
It adds James personally, on your deal, at the moments that decide it. There is no delivery team behind the name, which limits how many people we can mentor at once, and we think that is the right limit. £12,000 including VAT for twelve months, or £16,000 including VAT for twenty-four.

Who each one suits
Deals and Analysis suits anyone who wants to learn how to find, analyse and structure a title split: first-time investors, portfolio landlords, and the surveyors, solicitors, agents and architects who want to see the whole chain rather than their own link in it. It is also the honest answer to "is this my strategy?", and it answers it for £995.
The Boardroom suits you if you want to buy your first block, or your next one, in 2027 and want the whole method plus a room that works your deals every week; if you have done Deals and Analysis and want the rest, offer to exit and the creative structures; or if you are a professional who wants to watch real deals move for six months.
Mentorship suits you when two things are true: deals are coming, or will be within months, and you want the person you are paying on the end of the phone when yours gets complicated. If a block is already on the table, this is the route built for it.
And one honest line we say on every free call: if you are not ready for any of them yet, we will tell you, and the guides are free.
Questions to ask any title splitting educator before you pay
Run these on us as well as on anyone else. The full version, with what a good answer looks like, is in how to choose title splitting training for 2027.
- Are they buying and splitting blocks now? Check at Companies House.
- Who is in the room? Who actually teaches each session?
- Can you see the price before you book?
- What do they teach about the deals that do not work?
- Does the course cover the whole chain, from finding the block to the exit?
- What happens after the course ends?
- Can you talk to past clients, not just read about them?
How to decide, in one call
Book the free fifteen minute call and tell James where you are: whether you have a block in mind, how much cash you have behind you, and when you want to buy. He will say which route fits, including "start with the four sessions" or "not yet" when that is the truthful answer. Applicants for the Boardroom hear the weekday and time before committing to anything, and nothing is sold on the call that you have not asked about.
Questions people ask when choosing between the three
What is the difference between Deals and Analysis, the Title Split Boardroom and the mentorship?
Deals and Analysis teaches the method in four live two-hour group sessions for £995 including VAT. The Title Split Boardroom teaches the whole method over six months of weekly live group sessions, then works your own deals every week in the room, then carries on with six months of the community, for £4,995 including VAT. The 12-month mentorship adds James one-to-one on your own acquisition, with WhatsApp access, for £12,000 including VAT. Same method, three levels of involvement.
Can I start with Deals and Analysis and move up later?
Yes, and most people do. Whatever you paid for Deals and Analysis comes off the Boardroom price if you carry on, and Deals and Analysis is included inside the mentorship. Starting with the four sessions is the cheapest way to find out whether title splitting is your strategy, and nothing you spend on it is wasted if you then go further.
How much does the Title Split Boardroom cost?
£4,995 including VAT paid in full, or £5,470 including VAT spread as £1,995 up front and then five monthly payments of £695. Both include the 26 weekly live sessions and six months of #TheTitleSplitCommunity afterwards. It starts in January 2027 and places are by application.
Is there a longer mentorship?
Yes. The 12-month mentorship is £12,000 including VAT, and the same package over twenty-four months is £16,000 including VAT. The free call is the place to work out which length fits the deals you have coming.
Which route should a surveyor, solicitor or agent take?
Property professionals usually want to see the whole chain rather than their own link in it, and both Deals and Analysis and the Boardroom are built for that. The four sessions give the full picture quickly; the Boardroom adds the execution modules and six months of live deals to watch. Mentorship suits a professional who is also buying a block of their own.
Got a block in mind?
