Before you book
What happens after I send my details?
Your details go straight to James and to Laura, who raises the invoice. You are then taken to James's calendar to choose your time. The invoice follows by email.
Why do you ask for my company and registered address?
So the invoice is made out correctly first time, to you or to your limited company, with the address Companies House holds. If you are not booking through a company, give the address you want on the invoice.
How much is an hour?
£295 an hour including VAT. Members of #TheTitleSplitCommunity pay £160 + VAT an hour. If you want more than one hour, say how many and the invoice covers them all.
What can we cover in an hour?
Anything on your own deal: whether a block is worth pursuing, the numbers, the finance route, the company structure and stamp duty, the lease plans, the valuation, a lender or solicitor problem, or where to start. Send the address or the listing in the form so James can look before the call.
Is the free fifteen minute call still available?
Yes. If you have not spoken to James before, start there: calendly.com/titlesplit. The paid hour is for working through your own deal in detail.
